ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
JARS Cannabis Company is hiring a dispatch role to ensure the day-to-day success and growth of home
deliveries, promote customer retention, and more. As a Dispatcher - you will be the central point of contact
between all thing's delivery: Customers, Drivers, Stores, Management, Marketing, and Logistics. This means that
verbal and written communication, attention to detail, ability to multitask and prioritize, and passion for the
industry are absolute necessities to succeed in this position. The following roles and responsibilities include but
are not limited to:
- Perform all customer communications regarding home deliveries.
- Ensure all orders and discounts are properly applied in POS and accurately pushed to Routing System.
- Ensure all deliveries are compliant within state tracking prior to route departure.
- Route all deliveries in routing system and ensure all deliveries are made on time.
- Perform customer retention practices assigned by Logistics Manager.
- Maintain a positive and open line of communication between all drivers and stores.
- Perform competitive analysis for local markets as assigned by Logistics Manager.
- Provide weekly reporting on KPI's to Logistics Manager.
- Ecom tasks such as inputting of products and more.

Menu Audits
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS - High School Education or Equivalent Required.
- 6+ Months in the Cannabis Industry Required.
- 6+ Months of experience with METRC Required.
- 6+ Months of experience working with computers and POS systems Required.
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize.
